Running Late?
Call Us!
- As soon as you know you will be late for your appointment, call (208) 287-3787 to let your stylist know. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment or alter your service to fit the remaining time. You will still be responsible for the full service you were scheduled for.
Cancellations
Oh No!
- We understand life happens and things come up! If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. This allows someone else to reserve that appointment time. If you do not give 24 hours notice you may be subject to a 50% service fee.
No Show | No Call
Impolite!
- If you no show, no call for your appointment you may be subject to a 100% service fee or not be scheduled again. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
Child Safety
Safety 1st!
- Our concern is for the safety of your child. We understand it is challenging to find your "me time" and it doesn't always align with your appointment. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. Carriers and strollers should not be parked in salon station areas and children are not allowed to sit in your lap during service. You may bring in your child with an additional caretaker or if they are 12+ years old and capable of sitting quietly unsupervised. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals, and busy areas make it a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We greatly appreciate your understanding and compliance with our child safety policy. Our team is dedicated to providing each guest with the highest quality of service and a relaxing experience.
